Executive Biography

A Global Apparel Manufacturing Leader

Raymond Kwok is an experienced apparel manufacturing and sourcing executive with over two decades of leadership experience in garment production, product development, supply chain management, and international business operations.

Raised in Canada and educated through college in Canada, Raymond developed an international business perspective early in life. In 2004, he relocated to Hong Kong to take over his family business, Rainbow Knitting.

As CEO of Rainbow Knitting, Raymond leads a professional garment manufacturing and sourcing company that bridges the gap between China-based manufacturing resources and overseas international business customers.

He oversees the complete apparel lifecycle, including product development, fabric sourcing, technical specification development, prototype and sample approval, factory coordination, production planning, quality control checkpoints, marketing, sales, budgeting, profitability management, and logistics coordination with freight forwarders.

Beyond managing owned facilities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, Raymond works closely with trusted partner factories to produce and design new styles, develop new garment collections, and deliver flexible manufacturing solutions for international customers.
